Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 with no credit card required. You get 100 responses/month, 1 seat, and 3 forms permanently — no trial period, no expiry. We won't change this without giving you significant notice.
What happens when I hit my response limit?
On the Free plan, active forms pause until the next monthly reset. On paid plans, you can upgrade for more capacity at any time. We never charge per response — your bill stays the same no matter how many responses come in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any point. No cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free plan. Your data stays safe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20%: Pro drops from $15/mo to $12/mo, and Business drops from $39/mo to $29/mo. Annual plans are charged in full upfront.
Is there a limit on questions per form?
No. You can add as many questions as you need on any plan. The only limits are on the number of forms (3 on Free, unlimited on paid) and monthly responses.
How does FormflowX compare to Typeform pricing?
