Which integrations are included for free?
Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, and email notifications are included on all plans including free. Webhooks are available on Pro and Business. Zapier and Make connections require a Zapier/Make account (their free tiers work fine for most use cases).
Can I send a submission to multiple destinations?
Yes. You can add multiple integrations to the same form — for example, notifying Slack, adding a row to Google Sheets, and creating a Notion entry all from a single submission.
Does FormflowX have a native HubSpot integration?
Not natively — HubSpot is available through Zapier or Make. The Zapier integration is fully supported and takes about 5 minutes to set up. Native HubSpot support is on the roadmap.
Can I use conditional logic to trigger different integrations?
You can configure integrations to include or exclude certain form fields. For routing to completely different destinations based on answers, the recommended approach is to use Zapier filters or Make routers after the webhook fires.
