How do I calculate NPS from FormflowX responses?
NPS = % Promoters (9–10) − % Detractors (0–6). FormflowX logs raw scores to Google Sheets. Use a COUNTIF formula on the score column: =((COUNTIF(B:B,">=9")-COUNTIF(B:B,">=7"))/COUNTA(B:B))*100 - (COUNTIF(B:B,"<=6")/COUNTA(B:B))*100
